MENYIKAPI PROGRAM 100 HARI MENKES RI KABINET INDONESIA BERSATU JILID II Oleh: Joni Rasmanto, SKM, MKes Setelah dilantik menjadi Menteri Kesehatan RI “Endang Rahayu Sedyaningsih” menyampaikan program pembangunan kesehatan dalam 100 hari kerja pertama-nya sebagai menteri di DPR RI. Empat Program itu adalah: 1. Pemenuhan hak setiap individu untuk mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan dengan program jaminan kesehatan masyarakat dan sebagainya. 2. Peningkatan kesehatan masyarakat melalui percepatan dan pencapaian target Tujuan Pembangunan Milenium (MDGs), yaitu mengurangi angka kematian bayi, angka kematian ibu melahirkan, dan sebagainya. 3. Pencegahan dan penularan menyakit menular dan akibat bencana. 4. Pemerataan dan distribusi tenaga kesehatan di daerah terpencil, kepulauan, perbatasan, dan daerah tertinggal. These twelve (12) factors are: 1. Independent Board of Directors and Conflicts of Interest Policy. Was the compensation arrangement established by an independent board of directors or by an independent compensation committee? Whether the hospital has an independent community board of directors is a significant factor in determining whether the hospital is meeting the community benefit standard. Further, adoption by the board of a substantial conflicts of interest policy is important. The IRS explained that the conflicts of interest policy should restrict a physician who is a voting member of the board and who receives compensation from the hospital from discussing and voting on matters pertaining to that physician’s compensation.
